Hi, I’m Jo McDowall, Founder of The London Coaching Space

I’ve been fortunate throughout my 20 year career to lead, inspire and embed business wide change for global industry leaders including

Shell, HP, TNT, INEOS and ISS, working closely with stellar external partners such as Amazon Business, HSBC, Barclaycard, Coupa

& Cognizant to bring change to life through better collaboration, communication and innovation

My 20 years procurement change experience tells me you can achieve significant improvements in individual and business performance by

aligning effectively individuals, teams and external partners who have the right knowledge, skills and mindsets to drive innovation and cultural change

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), a Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) 

and a Member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, (EMCC) I now coach individuals & businesses to improve their

performance by focusing on how to drive successful changes in behaviours, collaboration and digital transformation
